We currently only ship to Jersey, Guernsey & UK, this is due to the high shipping prices from Jersey. We are looking into this as we want to expand MoshCulture and deliver worldwide! If you're really interested in ordering but can't find your country on the list, please feel free to email us at shout@moshculture.com or dm us on instagram @mosh_culture.
We accept returns! We want you to love your MoshCulture gear however if, in an unlikely case, you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, sadly we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This payment may take 3-5 days to get to you, but don't worry, it will be on the way!
What type of information do you collect?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We are a sustainable business! Here are 6 things we are doing to be eco friendly!
1.🌳Tree Planting: We are partners in business with onetreeplanted.org, where we are fully committed to donating to plant 1 tree for every product you buy! They are aiming for 20,000,000 trees in 2020, so we need your help to get them there!
2. 👕Organic Cotton:We use organic cotton for all of our garments. Our short sleeve tees and long sleeve tees are 100% organic cotton and our hoodies are 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester!
3.💧Water Based inks: All inks used to print on our garments are water-based and Oeko-tex certified and so do not contain ANY harmful chemicals!
4.📦Recycled Packaging: Our personalised packaging is made with 75% recycled card and 25% virgin. The 25% virgin material prevents any shorter recycled fibres breaking at the folds.
5. ♻️Eco Friendly Stickers: With every order, you get one of our stickers! Our small logo stickers are made using 100% recycled waste paper and are fully biodegradeable & vegan-friendly. The inks used to print our stickers are also vegan-friendly & certified for compostability!
6.🚮 Beach Cleans: We regularly visit the beach and so when we do, we always aim to pick up any rubbish we see and we massively encourage you too aswell! We would love to hold a MoshCulture beach clean in the future so stay tuned!
